• They are collected on the same day of the shipping date;
• They are collected with the utmost care so that no fruit can suffer traumas that affect its morphological aspect and its organoleptic characteristics;
• The post-harvest fruits are not washed, to prevent moisture from compromising their natural freshness during transport;
• Waxes are not used for storage and marketing.

All agricultural products are obtained with respect for the environment and the earth, without resorting to the use of pesticides and conventional chemical fertilizers, the defense against the main plant diseases is based exclusively on the use of natural products of biological use, through preventive monitoring with chromotropic traps and pheromone traps for the sexual confusion of phytophages, systems that allow us an analytical evaluation on the degree of infection and therefore establish a maximum intervention threshold on the need or not to carry out the treatment.
